HOW TO MAKE CAJUN CRAB BOIL CORN
Fill a large pot with water, making sure it's deep enough to fully submerge the corn.
Add smashed garlic, salt, cajun seasoning, butter, cracked pepper and bring to a rolling boil.
Once the seasoned water is ready, carefully add the corn on the cob to the pot. Make sure the corn is fully submerged in the water.
Bring the water back to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low. Allow the corn to simmer in the seasoned water for about 25-30 minutes, or until it's tender but still a little crisp.
Once the corn is cooked to your liking, carefully remove it from the pot using tongs or a slotted spoon. Drain off any excess water.
HOW TO MAKE CAJUN CRAB BOIL SAUCE
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic to the pan. Cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until it becomes fragrant and lightly golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Reduce the heat to low and add House of Flava's Kick 'N Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine, allowing the spices to toast in the butter for about 1 minute.
Taste the sauce and season with salt and black pepper to your liking. If you prefer a tangy flavor, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and stir to incorporate.
Once the sauce is well combined and seasoned to your taste, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Drizzle it over the corn on the cob or any other seafood of your choice.
